We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment, or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of your scheduled appointment. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for appointment cancellations to allow us to offer the time slot to another client.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will include a rescheduling fee equal to 100% of the total appointment cost, compensating our therapist for their reserved time.

A no-show, defined as failing to attend without prior notice, will also result in a fee of 100% of the appointment cost.

We may waive fees for emergencies on a case-by-case basis, but repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.
